lib32go5-dbg-s390x-cross software package provides Runtime library for GNU Go applications (32 bit debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib32go5-dbg-s390x-cross
